How To Fix Your Build A Bear's Eye (I Own a Recalled Bear)

Hello friends! So, I while the title suggests that this is a tutorial (and it is, in a way,) this is more of a story. I hope none of you will ever have to use this tutorial, but at the same time, this could prove to be helpful.  Back in 2011, I got the last Build a Bear I was going to get for a while. Bella was my thirteenth Build a Bear. She's a Colorful Hearts Bear. Any long term Build a Bear fans might recognize this bear.

If you zoom in on the photo, Bella was recalled because her eye can pop out. Not the technical term for it, but it sums it up. I played with Bella, then set her aside for a while. When her eye finally did pop out, I got a new bear, Periwinkle, to "replace" Bella. I could never replace one of my bears, so I always wished I could somehow get someone to fix Bella. However, when I decided to do it myself, I always put it to the side, said I was too busy. This past October, I finally got around to fixing her!

This is how Bella looked before I attempt…

2017 Recap

Hey guys! Today I decided to do a recap of 2017. I thought it would be a good way to catch up since I haven't posted much recently.

In comparison, January was somewhat uneventful. We took two daytrips, one to Charlotte NC, the other to Charleston SC. My dad surprised me with the purchase of our Disney World annual passes, and my mom let me get my ears pierced. (more on that story later)

In February, we had a blast. My dad went to Alabama, my mom and I went to North Carolina to visit her family, and then we all went to Disney World-all in the same week. My birthday was in February, and then we went on a daytrip to North Carolina to visit my mom's family again.
We had fun in March. I started this blog on March 4th. This was my first post. My dad went skiing, and we got our dogs groomed while he was gone. We went to NC to visit my mom's family again, ad oh yeah, I lost Cloud.

April was...interesting. My dad left for a work trip, my mom celebrated her…

Wicket's Wedding

Hello friends! Recently, Wicket got what he wanted, and he got a wife! His wedding was on October 7th, and I took a bunch of pictures.

The guests are here, it's going to start soon!

Do you like the decor?

This was the music for the wedding.

There's the wedding party!

Cloud was the ring bear!

Cali, the flower girl littered the aisle with flowers.

My doggy!

Here comes the bride, Willow.

Wicket is happy.

Chap is anxiously waiting.

"You better not mess up my wedding!"

Out With the Old, In With the New - Changes for the Upcoming Year

Hello all! I realized that it's been a while since I've posted on my blogs. So I have a few updates I'd like to share for this blog and my other blog, World of AG Dolls. I normally don't like to read long apology/update posts,  so I'm going to add a few pictures in here.
So, it's been way to long since I've posted anything. When I think about this, I really don't have a fair excuse. The only thing I have is the fact that my mom has to approve my posts before I post them. (She's just overprotective, I get it, it just seems unnecessary to me) She hasn't been very good at that recently, so I tell myself, "If she's not going to approve my posts, why do I bother making them?" This just makes it worse. If I don't even write a post, I can't blame my mom for not approving them.

I've been thinking a lot recently. My interests have changed since I started these blogs. My American Girl blog was started because I loved American Gi…
